My 4 step process to achieving your sleep goals

Step 01

Sleep assessment form 

My sleep assessment form is designed to gather comprehensive information about your little one's sleep patterns, current routine, sleep aids, feeding schedule, and temperament. I will use this information to create a personalized sleep plan tailored to meet your child's specific needs. You will receive a written copy of this bespoke sleep plan, equipped with all the essential guidance and steps required to successfully sleep train your child. This customized approach ensures that your child receives the best support for developing healthy sleep habits.

Zoom Consultation

​During this one-hour Zoom call, we will thoroughly review your child's personalized sleep plan to ensure you understand every step required for successful sleep training. This session provides ample opportunity for you to ask any questions and gain clarity on the process. By the end of the call, you will be equipped with all the knowledge and confidence needed to start implementing the sleep training plan, setting the foundation for your child's healthy sleep habits.

4 weeks support 

Following our Zoom call, you will receive four weeks of daily support from me to ensure the success of your child's sleep training. Using a combination of WhatsApp messaging and scheduled phone calls, I will assess your progress, troubleshoot any issues, and provide support throughout the process. This ongoing support is crucial for effective sleep training. As every child is unique, we will tweak and adjust the plan based on your child's adaptation. I will collect data from you to track and analyze your little one's progress, making adjustments to nap and bedtime schedules as needed. This personalized approach is key to achieving successful sleep training.

1 year follow up support

After our initial time together, you will receive two additional 30-minute support calls, to be used anytime within a year of completing my initial program.  This unique benefit is designed to help you to tackle any type of regression issues or nap transitions that may disrupt your child's sleep. This will act as reassurance that you have the guidance you need without any extra cost.I am here to offer advise on any sort of issues you may have. This ongoing support is crucial for maintaining your child's healthy sleep habits and provides you with peace of mind as you continue your sleep training journey.
